We provide UK Delivery for all orders placed on our website, with potential surcharges for certain areas of England, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. Additional fees may apply for rural postcodes where couriers require extra charges for delivery.

Most orders are dispatched within 2-3 days of receiving your order, with the majority of items being delivered via DPD or DX from our warehouse. Delivery times may be longer for customers in surcharge areas, and dispatch may take longer during Bank Holidays and the Christmas period.

Larger items are delivered via 2-man courier or our own transport, and a signature is required at all times. Delivery of these items usually takes between 7-10 working days.

Please note that for 2-man deliveries with a booked delivery slot, a re-delivery charge will apply if no one is available to accept the delivery. Customers will also be responsible for the delivery charge if they choose to cancel their order after a missed delivery. Nationwide couriers such as DPD and DX will attempt to deliver parcels twice before returning them to us, which will incur additional charges for cancelled orders or rescheduled deliveries.

Delivery times and charges may vary depending on the item, so please review the listing details carefully before placing your order. Customers may collect all orders from our premises free of charge.

All large items delivered to Northern Ireland are placed on a pallet and delivered to the driveway only. Customers will be responsible for moving the item into their home and disposing of the pallet.

It is essential that customers ensure the product they ordered can fit into the desired room and is accessible on delivery. If delivery personnel are unable to access the room or if the item is too large, customers will be responsible for all delivery and return charges, which will be deducted from their refund.

On the day of delivery, customers must ensure that access to their chosen room is clear and free from obstructions. Although we take every possible care during the delivery process, we are not liable for any damage to the customer's property.

If an item is opened and checked at the time of delivery with the courier, the customer must thoroughly inspect the items before accepting them, as we cannot accept damage claims after the delivery has been accepted. The courier will photograph the items upon delivery to ensure they are free from damage.

If an item is checked and found to be damaged, it must be rejected and removed by the courier. We will arrange for a replacement as soon as possible.

We require customers to provide at least one contact telephone number (preferably a mobile) to ensure delivery is successful.
