Need to Cancel Your Order?
We completely understand that sometimes plans change or you simply change your mind. It happens! We are quite speedy at packing orders to get them to you as fast as possible, but we will always do our absolute best to catch your parcel before it leaves our warehouse.
Here is what you need to know:
- If we catch it in time: If your order hasn't been packed or dispatched yet, we will cancel it straight away and process a full refund to your original payment method.
- If it's already on its way: Because our warehouse team works quickly, we can't cancel an order once it has been prepared for dispatch. But don't panic! You can easily return the items to us for a full refund once they arrive.
A quick favour: Please don't refuse the delivery at your door if you've changed your mind. Refusing a parcel actually delays its journey back to us and can incur additional return courier charges which may be deducted from your refund. The easiest and cheapest way is to accept the parcel, and then use our normal returns process.
