I ordered 2 shower mats. Only 1 turned up, though delivery note inside package said there were actually 2. Went on website. Contacted relevant department online about complaint. With 1 hour, someone got back online apologising for their error and said they'd arranged for the second mat to be sent from their warehouse ASAP at no extra cost. It arrived 2 days later. Recommend this company. Website easy to use. And they apologise for any mistakes and rectify errors in record time. Ace! We all make mistakes in this mad mad world. Their speed of response and immediately accepting responsibility for the error and admitting it relieved any future stress about me having to fight them. Will defo use them again!
