Have the ochre set and wanted the red. Its beautiful rich red, we get a great night sleep. Fabric feels quite hard initially but you need to wash before first use and it softens the more its washed but we feel Catherine Lansfield bedding is good quality for the money. Ideal Textiles great communication when ordering and keeping you informed of order progress and good price. Would buy from them again

Spot on.

Bought this as a Christmas Present. Like the fact that it is reversible and can be used all the Winter Months not just over Christmas Time.

Fabric had a warm feel to it and covers looked very smart in our caravan. Haven’t washed them yet but pleased so far.

Lovely colour but very disappointed with quality of material. Have washed several times and gone overboard with the conditioner but still hard and disappointed. Like others should have returned but thought washing it would soften it, sadly wrong. Feel like I’ve wasted my money.

Ordering process fine. Arrived promptly. Well made.
Not quite what I thought I was ordering, though.
I thought it was a brushed cotton material.
On taking it out of the packaging it was very stiff.
So I have washed it and used a conditioner, expecting it to soften.
Sadly not. What I should have done was out it straight back in the packaging and return it.
My mistake.
Undecided whether to even put it on the bed, now.
It’s doesn’t come close to the softness of my current duvet set.
Sadly, I’m very disappointed with my purchase. 😢
On a positive note, other reviews have said the material will soften over time. I do hope that is the case.

Lovely red not too bright but it will need a few washes to soften up.

Can't at present time as I don't know what it was like inside the packaging as it
was a Christmas present for soemone else.

I have previously bought this bedding so i knew what to expect however the courier company Hermes are an absolute joke received the parcel on the Saturday only for it to be delivered on the following Friday without even a knock at the door so 5/5 for the bedding and 0/5 for the delivery

Fabric bit coarse (as you’d expect for the price) but lovely medium red shade, reversible pattern is equally nice either side.

The bedding is beautifully made and the colours are really warm. Makes the room look really cosy.
