The item purchased was not the best quality and had a flaw. I kept and repaired it . I did not think there was no point in speaking to customer service as it was non existent. I emailed them with a complaint about the state of the parcel when delivered, after speaking to them twice about my items being more than a week late. I did enclose phots of the open ox with the duvet covers sticking out. I received no reply. I would never buy from them again.
