Beautifully made blind, high quality and great care went into the packaging :) Slight hiccup with the length of the chain but a replacement was sent out straight away. I would highly recommend Ideal, they were superb 🥰 Many thanks, Sue :) x

I too was a little disappointed as there seems to be a lot more grey than pink I have submitted a photo.

Ordered a Catherine Lansford duvet set and washed as instructed but then noticed that the seams were not sewn and had holes in it. I sent photos and complained to your company E mail dated 18.9.2020) but you did not even send an acknowledgment in return. You obviously do not care about customer service. I was unable to return product as I had disposed of the packaging. As I did not get a response from you the only thing I could do was repair the seams myself. Also, even though only washed once the duvet fabric is showings signs of bobbling. Not a very good quality product and I won't use your company again.

the design is quite pastel looking, like a water colour. on the bed the pattern does not look as definite as it does in the picture.
it's very pretty but a bit wishy washy.
I bought king-size and it is very roomy. Good if you have a chunky duvet
I was worried it was going to be the flimsy silky type but it wasn't.
I have mixed feelings. if you want something to make a statement this is not the one I'm afraid
