These are at a discounted price for a reason. They're not awful, but certainly not as fresh and fluffy looking as in the picture by a long shot. Delivery wasn't exactly quick either.

I can also see that you ordered on the 20th in the evening and your order was delivered on the morning of the 25th. Our delivery period is 3-5 working days and the parcel was delivered on the 3rd working day.
