Disappointed

I ordered both the towel bale and bath sheets, but was disappointed that they were different shades. I purchased them together to avoid this However the towels are soft, absorbent and good value for money

These towels do not absorb water, the spread it around your body. They shrink when washed, colour has faded and and extremely thin. Utterly useless and not fit for purpose. Asked to return them and was met with terrible customer service. My last email has been totally ignored.
