- Are there two parcels? Sometimes, to get your lovely new things to you as quickly as possible, we might split a larger order into separate deliveries. It is always worth having a quick peek at your tracking link just to see if another box is following closely behind!
- Have a thorough rummage: If you are missing a smaller item (like a pair of curtain tie-backs or a single cushion cover), please double-check the packaging carefully. They are remarkably clever at hiding right at the bottom of the box or tucked tightly inside the folds of larger items!
