Pink star duvet

Excellent delivery service which was rapid and I was also sent a personal email saying thank you for buying from them. the cover was a Christmas present for my daughter and was cheaper than advertised elsewhere on the web. Unfortunately when opened we noticed that the duvet had a poorly repaired 2 inch rip in the material in the middle of the cover. It is quite noticeable and should have failed quality control. Real shame. Waiting to hear back from customer services for exchange.
