I have a very bad experience with my purchase, I received items with no packaging was in parcels package and when I returned with my own cost, your agent can’t accept it, she constantly asking for original package which was not the case and she can’t process my refund, very bad customer service and I will never purchase anything from your website again.

All of our items come with item packaging or a tag. The bedspread we received back was open and loose. This was returned in a used condition without the original packaging. As stated in our returns policy we will offer a refund if the items returned ' are complete, in their original packaging, unused and with any seals or tags intact.'.
