Horrific service

Ordered 2 full towel bale SETS to receive two large towels and that is it. Have made several attempts to contact the company to which I have received no reply.
Don’t order.
Also they say they are charcoal and they are 100% brown.
Going to try and send back my two towels for a full refund but not holding my breath as heard nothing from no one at ideal textiles.
