Curtains

I bought these I always have shorten because all bay windows are usually 81" and even the others 72" drop have to be shortened to 60" but the colour is OK and quality is good the cushion covers are a shade darker but that does not matter because they will be in different area 😉

Disappointed

Initially pleased to find curtains a very good match to my new carpet. Once unpacked found lower portion of curtains extremely badly crushed due to careless manner in which they had been folded. Laid curtains out flat overnight, then ironed with cool iron - made no difference; tried ironing at slightly higher heat over a dry cloth - some lighter creases less obvious; hung curtains in hope that this plus heat from radiator below would remove deeper marks - no appreciable improvement so far. Perhaps in time, after careful washing, creases may disappear but not optimistic.
Maybe this is why curtains were selling at the good price they were.

We are sorry you are having problems getting the creases out of your curtains.

We normally find that lying a damp cloth/towel on top of the fabric and ironing through this helps stem stubborn creases out for fabric.

Disappointed

I'm sorry to say I was very disappointed. One curtain not only has a fault run all across the width but the hem is not straight. I would have returned them but did find this out until I had hung them. I just could not face the hassle of then taking them down and putting my others back
