I LOVE THIS DUVET AND RECOMMEND IDEALTEXILES. FAST DELIVERY, GOOD COMMUNICATION AND WELL PACKED. I HAVE JUST ORDERED ANOTHER SET AS IT HAS REALLY BRIGHTENED THE BEDROOM UP, AND IT IS A NICE SOFT MATERIAL WHICH WASHES WELL. MANY THANKS IDEALTEXILES. 10/10

Dont bother. Your order wont arrive

I ordered from Ideal Textiles and awaited my parcel. When checking the tracking on the item it stated attempted delivery. I contacted the customer services team who told me that the courier could not find my address and that they would send my item back out to me. I am still waiting for my item and have had no further communications. I wont be ordering again.

We are sorry to hear that you have not yet received your order. I have checked the tracking and it looks like your parcel has still not been returned back to us from the courier, which is why this has not been re-sent back out to you. It can sometimes take 2 weeks for parcels to be returned back to us from the carriers.
As this time period has passed now, we can only presume that the carriers have now lost the parcel. If you want to contact us we can either arrange to re-send this out to you or process a refund. Sincerely. Ideal Textiles
