very well made. personal mistake was to order black out linings as well as thermal as the top gathering a bit bulky when drawn back. This may not be the case with smaller curtains.-- otherwise well pleased, thank you.

More yellowy than cream

Bought two pairs of these curtains for our large bay window, they are lined but still quite see through. The curtains are quite nice but are supposed to be cream, they are more yellowy than cream and do not look like the colour in the photo. We have kept them as we needed to urgently dress a room otherwise we would have returned them to be honest as we really wanted cream.

We are sorry to hear that your curtains were not the shade of cream that you expected these to be. We try our best to colour match items in images, but colours can sadly vary from screen to screen.

It would have been no problem for you to return your order back to us for a refund if you had chosen to do so.

Sent pencil pleat ordered eyelet not helpful at all when i phoned

It is no problem for you to return your order back to us for an exchange to eyelet curtains if you wish, but you would need to pay for the return cost as you have made the error when ordering.

These curtains are good value for money. They are a lightweight lined curtain I bought these to compliment my blinds which they do perfectly. The colour ( Cream ) is very strong not wishy washy I also purchased the Black Tie backs and they are magnificent!
I would definitely recommend Ideal Textiles the service is fast and efficient even sent a personal email thanking me for my order, very refreshing in todays world.
