Lovely curtains but ordered the wrong size and despite two emails asking how to return and swap I’ve had no response. Lovely item but customer service not great once item dispatched

Ideal Textiles were very easy to deal with. Kept you updated at all stages in the order and delivery process. Delivery was quick. The curtains were of a very good quality and as described and shown in the picture. One issue I have had, even after ironing is that the seams of each curtain that meet in the middle don't sit properly and turn out, exposing the lining. I tried to iron them again but this made no difference. I think curtain weights are the only solution I can think of to pull the material enough for them to hang properly.

I change curtains seasonally but rather than my normal autumnal colours I wanted something lighter and I was not disappointed. The shade of Duck Egg is beautiful, the quality is superb and amongst other sofa cushions I also purchased a couple to match the curtains. What more can I say...wonderful quality, pricing and colours. I find that just by rotating a rug, curtains and cushions change a room totally and I can not fault Ideal Textiles, my go to store, who help me do this at a reasonable cost for both my Living room and Sitting room.
