Dark blue dye on skin

So I bought this product and put it into the wash before using it as was instructed on the package and for the past couple of days I have had dark blue dye along the back and sides of my neck and ears. It has to be cheap material for it to be doing that.
Love the design but won’t be buying from this website in the future.
