Hi I placed the order and delivery should have been before Christmas, Hermes sent an update stating the order was on it's way on 23rd dec 20, next update it was held and would be 24 hours that was 24th December, I emailed to inform that the goods were not received received an email back asking if I would like a refund or replacement , 31st december , I replied asking for a replacement and have heard nothing back , except to leave a review . At the minute I am not happy as I paid for the goods , reported they had not arrived asking for the replacement and also emailed to chase up if they have despatched the replacement goods , as yet no response.
