Delivery Costs

To keep our prices as low as possible we do not offer 'gimmicks' like free delivery. Nothing is 'free' so you are paying for delivery with higher prices!

Our prices are the same online as they are in our shop.

Order as much as you like and the most you will pay is:

Super Saver Delivery (small items)

Only looking to buy a cushion cover or a pair of tie backs? Don't worry we haven't forgotten about you! These smaller items qualify for our super saver Royal Mail First Class postage service.

The delivery prices below apply to UK mainland, Northern Ireland, UK Islands and The Channel Islands:

Package up to 0.25kgs - £2.00
Package up to 0.50kgs - £3.50
Package up to 1.00kgs - £3.99

Delivery

We ship our products using Royal Mail or a courier which include CityLink, DHL and Parcelforce.

As we are a 'bricks & mortar' shop we hold a stock of our products which enables us to dispatch orders swiftly. If your order is in stock we will dispatch within 24 hours.

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Returns

We have a no hassle returns policy and you may return your purchase for any reason.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition. All packaging must be returned. Any products not returned with their packaging intact will be refused a refund or replacement.

We will not accept any curtains that have been altered or if the curtain tape has been pulled.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.

If you return something due to it not fitting or being suitable, you will need to pay the postage costs to return it to us.

We recommend you use recorded delivery or registered post to return items so as to cover yourself against loss.
