We now deliver to the the following countries:

Republic of Ireland, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Italy, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Portugal.

International deliveries are sent by Royal Mail Airmail or by courier which can take up to 4-5 days. Costs vary according to the weight of the order. Simply place the items you require into the shopping bag to check shipping / postage costs.

Delivery

We ship our products using Royal Mail or a courier which include DPD and Parcelforce.

As we are a 'bricks & mortar' shop we hold a stock of our products which enables us to dispatch orders swiftly. If your order is in stock we will dispatch within 24 hours.

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Our couriers will attempt up to two separate deliveries to your address. A card or note will be left to notify you of the attempted delivery. You should contact the couriers directly to make arrangements for a redelivery at a time convenient to yourself.

After the two delivery attempts, your goods will be held at a local delivery depot from where you can either collect it, or we can arrange a redelivery on your behalf for a charge of £3.95.

If you do not contact the couriers. then after 5 working days of being held at the depot, the goods will be automatically returned back to us and will need to be redelivered to you for an additional delivery charge of £3.95.

Returns

We have a no hassle returns policy and you may return your purchase for any reason.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Products should be returned with the original packing in good condition to avoid the products being damaged on their return journey. It is the customers responsibility to take reasonable care of the goods during the cancellation period.

We will not accept any curtains that have been altered or if the curtain tape has been pulled.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.

If you return something due to it not fitting or being suitable, you will need to pay the postage costs to return it to us.

We recommend you use recorded delivery or registered post to return items so as to cover yourself against loss.

Exclusions

Net Curtains - sold by the metre

Once cut and/or despatched we cannot refund net curtain orders. Net curtain orders are cut to length and it is impossible to re-sell the net curtain.
